Blood in stool can be due to many reasons.
Commonest is the Piles or Fissure in ano.
If there is pain while passing stool and bleeding, then it could be due to Fissure in ano.
If there is Bleeding without pain,then it could be due to Haemorrhoids.
Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Avoid non vegetarian foods.
If there is no response inspite of dietary modifications, you should consult your doctor and get checked clinically.
Colonoscopy will confirm the diagnosis.
