Question: I have for about 6 months had blisters develop on my hands and feet. They are like clusters and seem like puss. Then come and go and turn my skin very dry and flaky. And they itch.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be dyshidrotic eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be dyshidrotic eczema which is a type of endogenous eczema occuring due to internal sensitivity of the individual.
It is usually treated with application of potent topical steroid and antibiotic combination like clobetasol propionate cream and fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily and antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this go for frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire hands and feet 2-3 times in a day, avoid harsh soaps and chemicals, use gloves while washing utensils and clothes and avoid frequent washing of hands and feet.
All these measures will reduce the frequency as well as severity of its occurence.

Dr Asmeet
