Brief Answer:
Chronic prostatitis, investigation to confirm it

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you, it might be Chronic prostatitis. Difficulties in erection is noted with it, and also you have mentioned that there tests for STD are negative.

I would like to know if you had been through urine tests and prostate massage?

In this context, I would have first asked for urine routine and culture to rule out urinary tract infection. And then pre- and post-massage test, which is a simple test that may help diagnose the type of prostatitis you have. The secretions are examined under a microscope for signs of inflammation and are cultured in the lab to find out if bacteria are present.

Based on the investigation report, the choice of antibiotic can be decided.
Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which has found to be beneficial bin UTI.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any further queries regarding.
Take care.
