Question: my child is 7 year old his some of behaviour are not normal like he can not climb staircase smoothly also so many report are coming from his school like he is not paying attantation but his school result are good he got 98% marks in ukg he dose all home work but in class he do not perform also he is not interested in eating when he go to toilet in school he wonder here and there

It looks like the symptom of some anxiety or attention defecit hyperactive disorder.
If your child can not stay focus at a particular thing for longer time, turns in to play frequently, it is an example of adhd.
Some more symptoms are inattentiveness and hyperactivity/impulsivity or y hyperactivity without inattentiveness.
It will need more clinical evaluation by child psychologist.
