Brief Answer:
Further investigation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir,

Swelling of legs in your condition is likely to be due to
1. Hypoproteinemia: Low Serum Protein level
2. Ascitis: Ascitis if massive could press on inferior venecava reducing venous return and causing swelling of both legs
3. Dur to Diabetic Neuropathy especially Autonomic Neuropathy

Exact cause and diagnosis is possible after clinical examination and further assessment. i would suggest you to consult your Physician for further assessment.
You will require the following investigation

1. CBC
2. Liver function test including Serum Total Protein and albumin level
3. Urine Examination
4. Ultrasound of Abdomen
5. Venous doppler examination
6. Fasting blood sugar/Post prandial blood sugar
7. Renal function test
8. Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1C)

Do keep me updated about development and progress.

Take Care

Brief Answer:
Low Vitamin D level

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

All your reports are normal except for reduced Vitamin D level. It is likely to be age related. Ultrasound shows no evidence of Ascitis.

Taking Vitamin D supplement ( Tablet Shelcal D 500 ) once a day will be beneficial. Also Tab Neurobio forte will be helpful.
