If there is pain in chest radiating to left shoulder, breathing diffculties or dizziness then you need to go to ER. Otherwise, this can be just symptom of anxiety. blood pressure is bit raised but this is not worrying. try to rest, take deep breaths and see what happens. You are too young for some erious heart disorders unless you have some known heart disease. In every case, if you have any doubts symptoms are getting worse, you should call ambulance and explain symptoms to them and they will decide is treatment neccesary. Wish you good health. Regards
