Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand that you are very distressed by your problem. Can you please provide the following details...

What are the exact symptoms you are experiencing?

Do they come and go as episodes or 'attacks' or are they there continuously?

Are there any particular factors that aggravate or relieve these symptoms?

Do yo take alcohol, tobacco, marijuana or any other substances?

Are you on any medication currently?

Thank you for responding.. To answer your questions.. My heart rate increases, i get very "panicy", i start telling myself its never gonna go away and start thinking im going crazy.. It kinda happens in 'attacks' but can sometimes be very continuous and bother me for days straight.. Like sometimes i can go the whole day and never be bothered by it and then at night it bother me for hours or it could bother me all day and the only thing that could stop it be trying to make myself really busy and not really have time to think about it. Here recently i read a documentary on night panic attacks because i thought it had something to do with me needing a tv on at night to help me sleep and it said to be straight forward with the problem and know that you cant make yourself sleep you can only allow it.. Now the problems not ALL about that night problem but this documentary actually helped a lot for some reason but it still wont go away yet.. And i do not take any drugs at all and i also am on no medication. I know im making things kinda difficult but its strange to me too and im kinda trying to tell you everything because i dont wanna leave anything out..

Brief Answer:
Diagnosis: Panic disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for your clarifications. After going through all the details of your problem, my opinion is that you are suffering from a Panic Disorder. This is a type of anxiety disorder where the person has episodes of intense anxiety and it typically occurs in bouts, as in your case. Some people with panic disorder can have predominant nocturnal panic attacks, though these symptoms can occur at any time during the day also.

Don't worry there are effective treatment options available. Treatment usually comprises of medication and psychological therapy. There are medication called SSRIs which are very effective in controlling such anxiety / panic attacks. Also psychological therapy like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Relaxation therapies can help you control your fear, negative thoughts as well prevent further panic attacks.

So, I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment.
