Question: hello...I was seen on Thursday and prescribed Allegra and Arnuity inhaler as I have cold but now I feel itchy inside my chest and back.

You seem to be suffering from Allergic Bronchitis, and the symptoms of itchiness are related to that only.
I would strongly recommend you to continue with Allegra and the inhaler. Your symptoms would start improving with in 3-4 days.
However, you should do steam inhalation along in order to help with the itchiness symptoms.
