Brief Answer:
Kindly see a gynecologist for a hormonal profile and attempt weight loss.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

The condition that you have is called as amenorrhea. This is a stoppage of periods that take place in a female. It is merely a term that has many connotations. The most important thing that we can establish is the certainity that indeed, you are not pregnant, given these points, and understanding the gravity of the situation in which you intend to be married soon,

I would like you to write back as regards these questions:
1. Are you taking any medicines for a current illness that may or may not be
associated with this problem.
2. Right now do you have any other diseases?
3. Are you under psychological stress, tensions of any kind?

I would kindly request you to see a gynecologist, to check your hormonal profile before starting any medicine. The best lifestyle change that you can make now is to reduce some weight. Weight reduction is most important treatment which will bring back period.

Please send me the answers to the above questions and we can discuss a good treatment for you.

Have a great day,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
Weight gain and ovarian issues (rare cause). Visit a gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

The surest reason that you are facing this problem is due to weight gain given the fact that other reasons are not responsible for your amenorrhea. The other rare reason could be an issue with your ovaries. Kindly visit a gynecologist and get tests done.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Topiramate-50 is a nice medicine for your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

The fact that you are not getting your periods is either due to increased weight or very rarely hormonal problems. If your problem is hormonal then you really need to go to a gynecologist.

The major reason from all the information and clinical acumen that I have is that you have a "period problem" due to extra weight.

Please take topiramate 50 mg at night. This drug is the best for loosing weight fast. After you take this medicine you will not feel hungry, as much as you normally do. This drug, topiramate will act on your mind and you can loose weight this way. You can start and stop topiramate as you wish. People take this drug for weight loss.

Note that topiramate 50 is not a womens health drug. If you have a hormonal problem you will still need to take out time and see a doctor.

However, I am 100% confident that you will loose weight very fast with this drug.
You will not feel hungry at all. You will eat very less. You will loose weight fast.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
Take Topiramate and start getting periods normally. 80% chance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

The reason you are not getting your periods is most probably (commonest) due to your weight.

If you lose your weight, you will in all likelihood get your periods.

You can lose weight through hard exercise and jogging and the like.

You can lose weight also by taking topiramate at night, after dinner, 1 tablet only.

Take this for a month, at least.

Your weight will decrease and in all likelihood your periods will begin.

1) Take Topiramate.
2) Loose weight.
3) Start getting periods again, just as before.

4) If after 1 month of topiramate therapy you still do not get periods then visit a gynecologist.
