I have read your query and understand your problem.
As the name suggests, AMD is an age related problem and tends to worsen as the age progresses.
At the moment there is no particular treatment which can totally cure you from this.
There are few treatments available which can slow down the progression of your disease.
These treatment includes....
Photodynamic laser therapy which destroys abnormally growing blood vessels in the eyes.
Injectable Anti angiogenic drugs which are injected in your eyes and these stop formation of new vessels in your eyes. In some people,use of these drugs may lead to gain of lost vision.
Use of supplements containing VIT C, zinc, copper,omega 3 fatty acids can also help in regaining of some vision.
Since you have early AMD, you can opt for above mentioned ways.
Kindly discuss about these with your treating doctor.

For advanced stages, sub macular surgery or retinal translocation surgery is advised.
