Question: I am a 35 year woman who has suddenly got acute stomach pain. Cud I take any medicine to relieve it? This

See, acute stomach pain can have many causes. But if the pain is not radiating towards upper chest, arms or back then it is perhaps due to gastrointestinal problems like indigestion and stomach infection. Do you have associated nausea or vomiting? If no, its ok. If yes, drugs will be needed.

You have already taken pantodac and drotin and they are very useful drugs in treating stomach pain.
Also take tablet decolic. If vomiting is present take tablet ondansetran. And an antibiotic course with ofloxacillin-ornidazole is advised if you are having loose, irregular or altered stool. You can consult your doctor for this. If pain is not relieved and other symptoms occur as mentioned above you should see your doctor or go to the ER.
