Brief Answer:
Destressing reduces flares

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think I just had interaction with you about your issue.
You seem to be too concerned about the bumps at the chin.
If you are stressed they tend to flare up, You should calm down. You can apply raw honey over the acne besides thin layer of turmeric paste would also help in many if there is pain and redness.
Leisurely take an appointment with Dermatologist. If you do not have an insurance you can call up the local dermatologist office for a cash discount and they are pretty happy to help people who pay them cash. It would cost around 150 -200 bucks after discount.
First of all do what you can at home by destressing.
I am here to help you for sure.
