My sister started getting pimples on face from 1 year back.Could you please suggest any good creams to avoid these pimples do you suggest to to any test since they are inceaing from past one year.

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
She may use benzoyl peroxide gel during day (microbenz 3.5% gel) and Deriva -cms gel for night application (adapalene and clindamycin combination).
Does she also gets pus filled or painful acne?
Does she has any hormonal/ menstural irregularity?
Does she has any coarse/ black facial hair?

Out of 7 Pimples 2-3 Pimples would be having light Pus with slight pain.

From past one-two months there is Menstrual irregularity is there.

No

For inflammatory acne i would also suggest oral doxycycline (Cap. Microdox - LBX 100 mg, twice daily) for 3-4 weeks in addition to the topical treatment mentioned earlier.
