Suggest Treatment For Acne On Jaw Line
Question: please suggest me some medicine for jaw line acne. its small and tiny Crystal size. any cream which i can apply for immediate result.

i am sending you photos of my skin condition. its not paining or not itching at all. but whenever i am going out in sun its size increased little bit. right now i am applying Glyco 6% cream in night. its almost more than 3 week i am suffering from this acne, earlier my face was clean. also i want to mentioned that i above a month ago i was suffering from some stress in that period only this problem started.

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed acneiform lesions over your face and upper back.
I would suggest you to apply tretinoin gel over the lesions at night along with clingard gel over the affected areas in the morning .
Avoid application of hair oil or other cream or moisturizers over the affected areas as it can increase the lesions further.
Stress is a known aggravating factor for these lesions. I am sure the lesions will get better with treatment .
You should avoid cleansing or facials for the time being.
In addition , it would be helpful in case you take a five day course of oral azithromycin 500 mg tablets once a day.

thanks for your reply can I apply sunscreen lotion in morning. I am using lotus herbal spf 40.

This is the normal action of tretinoin gel. It works by drying the skin and peeling it off. This leads to decrease in acne and prevention of acne scar.
In case it is very bothering , then you can stop it's application for two to three days and apply some moisturizers for two to three days.
You can again start application of tretinoin after two to three days but make sure that you apply it point by point only over the acne lesions. Also before application of tretinoin , you can apply a little moisturizer over the face. Do not rub the tretinoin gel. Just touch it over the lesions at night and leave it. This way it will not cause too much discomfort .Remember to apply tretinoin only at night.

ok thanks after applying moisturizer I will apply this cream in night n what about clingaurd after applying that in morning can I apply sun screen lotion over it
