Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

It is difficult to speculate whether your liver might be causing some of the symptoms you are experiencing including pain and extended stomach. Typically pain involving the liver is located on the right side of the upper abdomen. However pain associated with the liver or gallbladder can sometimes cause generalized abdominal pain.

probably the best way to determine what is actually causing your symptoms would be to obtain a good physical examination and consultation with your local medical provider. Your doctor or medical provider might consider some type of imaging evaluation including an ultrasound or CT scan to take a look at your liver or the rest of your abdomen.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
