Brief Answer:
Chronic pancreas inflammation is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by chronic pancreas inflammation or bacterial infection of gastrointestinal tract.
If the pain is in upper middle abdomen, you have lost some weight recently pancreas issue is possible.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have stool test and stool culture test done. Blood work and abdominal ultrasound should be also done.
If no infection in the stool, abdominal CT for pancreas diagnostic should be the next step.

In a meanwhile please start probiotic intake and try to limit sugars in your diet.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.

Regards.
