Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Itching While Pressing Abdomen
Question: Sorry I forgot to include the abdominal slight pain with great itch and also the sharp itch whenever I press down my abdomen.....And also feel like throwing up a meal after eating.
Please I need your help for the last time and please do recommend a very strong and effective cure for this infection.... Thank you.

I appreciate your concern.
You can take anti spasmodic and anti allergic meds ( Hyosciamine and Levocetirizine) for the time being for the abdominal pain and itching. you can also take PPIs and pro kinetics like ITOPRIDE for the nausea you experience post meals.
But you would require an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and a stool R/E eventually to have a better idea of the cause.
But we need to isolate the focus of infection and the organisms causing it.
Kindly give details about your infection site, duration and the different treatments you have received for it.
Do you have associated fever , if so, how high is it ?
Have you had done recent blood counts, TLC, Blood culture and ESR or CRP results , if so kindly send them to have a better idea of your condition.
Unless the site of infection and the organism causing it is known, Empiric aggressive treatment can do more harm than benefit.
