Question: I have Diabetic Gastro Paresis the Metoclopramide helps with Nausea but I remain Bloated much of the time can anything be done or taken for that?

I am taking 5mg of Metoclopramide 3 times a day i/2 hr before a meal. I have drastically changed my diet to 6 small meals a day, very low fiber- 10 g/ day, gluten free food, WHITE BREAD AND no wheat, low sugar and salt. ground turkey. No alcohol.

I will suggest you increase this dose to 10mg if no improvement!

With the drastic diet changes, I will suggest that you monitor the evolution for 4 more weeks. If this fails to improve, at that time i will recommend that you go ahead and increase the dose to 10mg daily.
