Question: Hi there. I'm 25. I have a red slightly raised bump on my upper lip, it's right in middle. Its painless. There's no head to it. Not a cold sore. It seams to be reappearing. It goes away but will come back randomly

Laryngologist should see it.

Detailed Answer:
It does not look like any infection. It seems to be caused by some kind of habbit like sucking or biting it. If there is a protrusion on the inner part of the lip, mucocele can be the reason.
If you smoke, cancer should be ruled out.
The best you can do is to have it checked by a laryngologist.
