Question: Have an uti infection want to try Cranberry and D-mannose but need to see if it mixes with my meds. I take relion no on n 60 units a day usually my insulin. Also, metformin two 500 tablets twice a day, and metoprolol tart rate 25 mg one twice a day, and levotyroxin 150 MCG one before breakfast. That was relion novolin n for my insulin, and 500 mg metformin two tablets twice a day . Sorry my typing is bad

No problem at all. Take Cranberry. But Mannose can lead to fluid retention, so it is better to take plain cranberry juice.

It helps in E-coli infection where it dislodges the bacteria sticking to walls of bladder and flushes them out.
