Brief Answer:
Increase water intake
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Your doctor has covered everything and advised medications for all expected concerns. There is nothing much to add.
Still, I would like to suggest few things
-- Drink ample amount of water to prevent infection as they are common in post op patients.
-- Drink a glass cranberry juice every day if sugars are under control. This prevents infections
-- Increase foods like onion, cabbage, broccoli and amaranthus.
-- Do get your testosterone levels estimated. if low you can take testosterone supplement injections. This will prevent future enlargement of the gland.
Hope, I answered your query.
Please do ask if any doubts.
Regards,
