Suggest Treatment For Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
Question: I have ehlets danlos. what type of soecialist would deal with that? also, my opthamologist said i have glacoma but i dont have increased eye pressure. does this mean i have normal pressure gkacoma or should i be saying suspect glaucoma?

However, depending on associated symptoms, you might also need care by other specialists. For example, vascular surgeon for vascular complications, cardiologists if valve problems develop, dermatologists for skin changes, an ophthalmologist for eye care etc.
Glaucoma with normal eye pressure is Normal tension Glaucoma. It means there is an increased risk for optic nerve damage even with normal eye pressure. This is associated with Ehler Danlos syndrome and require treatment under ophthalmologist and regular follow ups.
