Hi my doctor gave me some new birth control pills (milligest) because of breakthrough bleeding . my question is however I have 4 pills left of my malonetta so when will be the best time to change .Right after my last pill from malonetta or after my seven days pill free period ?

New pack pills is to be started after seven days of pill free period or from first day of periods.
Periods usually commence with in 3-4 days of stopping the pills.
