Brief Answer:
You can go for medical termination of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Your urine test at home is positive. Now, firstly, we need to confirm the pregnancy. I would suggest you to get an ultrasound scan of the uterus to confirm the pregnancy.

If pregnancy is confirmed and you cannot afford to have the baby now, you can go for medical termination of pregnancy. You will just have to take a few pills orally and you can abort the baby.

One such medicine kit is Tablet MTP kit by Cipla. You would need to take one tablet of mifepristone orally, followed by 2 tablets of Misoprostol orally after 12 hours, and again another 2 tablets of Misoprostol orally to be repeated after 12 hours.

This is a prescription medicine kit. I would suggest that you take it under the supervision of your doctor to avoid any mishaps. Please consult your doctor about the same.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
yes, it can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

A study published on Pubmed about medical abortion in lactating women says that these medicines can be safely used while breastfeeding. The levels of the drug in milk is too low to cause any harm to the baby.

Hence, you can safely use it while breastfeeding, and you can continue to breastfeed the baby as well.
