Brief Answer:
Possibility of bronchitis is more in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
By your history and description, in my opinion you are mostly having either bronchitis or lung infection.
Your symptoms like uncontrolled cough, breathing difficulty, feeling of passing out etc are seen in bronchitis. Lung infection can also be the cause.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease.
And treatment is based on severity only.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
