Question: The last two days my right eye (upper lid only) has been twitching. It comes and goes throughout the day but seems to be getting more frequent. you can actually see the eyelid move when it happens. It doesn't close my eye though . but it scrunched the eyelid up. I only have 1 cup of instant a day and I've been sleeping. I'm 6 months pregnant. I take zoloft 150 mg daily, pariet 20 mg daily, clonazepam when needed, pre natal vitamins, fish oil tablets and panadol

Brief Answer:
Mostly blepharospasm.

Detailed Answer:
This is blepharospasm. It is a ticks and self limiting. Some time it is linked to anxiety. So you should try to control your anxiety. It is not related to any food or drinks. It is not of any side effect of drug you are taking, rather clonazepam can help to control it. There is no need of any consultation or treatment for it. You can continue your prenatal medication and take nutritious food. Have brisk walk in morning.
