Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

The symptoms you are presenting with is suggestive of left cervical radiculopathy probably secondary to cervical spine degenerative changes.

Please undergo a MRI Cervical spine,to detect cervical spine changes. Also, getting a 'Nerve conduction study(NCS) of upper limbs with F-wave study' will help towards the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, please start taking tab.pregabalin 75 mg once a day along with methylcobalamin, calcium and vitamin D supplementation.
PLEASE TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.

Please take consultation from a Physiotherapist and learn cervical spine physiotherapy exercises.Regular physiotherapy exercises will show improvement.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some follow up questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
