Brief Answer:
A consultation with cardiologist and Echocardiograpy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query, ECG and prescriptions. ECG shows left ventricular hypertrophy which is an effect of long standing hypertension. There is also inverted T waves in lead v5 v6 which can be due to schemia ( decreased blood supply) anterior part ( apex). There is also inverted p waves in 2 and 3 leads which also can be sign of ischemia or recent infection or inflammation.

Echocardiography will be needed to get further information as Ecg alone is not sufficient. For that you should get a consultation with cardiologist as soon as possible. Taking angiography can be considered after doing echocardiography to rule out any block.

Continue Ecospirin and BP medication metoprolol & amlodiine (revolol Xl & amlodac) till you see your cardiologist.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
