Your muscle cramps are there due to effexor withdrawal. This can be treated by low dose benzodiazepine like clonazepam or etizolam with muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxazone or tizanidine or newer molecule like flupirtine maleate.

Dose and duration depends on severity of the withdrawal. Severity of effexor withdrawal depends on duration and dose of effexor taken in past.

Let me know you dose and duration of effexor you have taken and how it was stopped.
