Suggest Remedy For Persistent Urinary Hesitancy And Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hello, I'm having difficulty urinating. My urine stream is weak, I've been experiencing it for a year or so. Over the last 7 to 10 days, it's gotten quite a bit worse. I feel fullness and urge to urinate but only droplets are emitted sometimes. Eventually (maybe an hour later), it will become a weak stream again. Also, over the last 3 or 4 days, I've had difficulty getting an erection and ejaculation has been somewhat uncomfortable. I'm hoping the symptoms are due to the same problem and once treated both will correct themselves. I have an appointment with a urologist on Tuesday, December 1st.

Hello,
Thanks for your response regarding my urination issue. Would you please let me know if an enlarged prostate can also be responsible for erection difficulties and discomfort when ejaculating. This issue has just arisen within the last 3 days coinciding with an increasingly weak urine stream flow (virtually droplets). Will treatment for an enlarged prostate correct both my urine stream problem as well as my newly discovered erection difficulties and ejaculate discharge pain?

Thanks for your response.
Enlarged prostrate will cause more of urinary symptoms.
Erectile dysfunction can be due to excessive alcohol, decreased blood supply to the penis, tiredness, stress and some medications.
Allergra D has mild sedation which can cause drowsiness and in turn effect your erection. This can be transient and will be normal after stopping the medicines.
Further confirmation and planning of medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your urologist.
