Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

The presence of black stool indicate bleeding in upper gastrointestinal tract (stomach and duodenum ).The cause might be a lesion like ulcer, erosion in these organs. You can lose small quantities of blood this way but in long term an significant anemia can develop.
Anemia can explain your symptoms of dizzy spells, heart racing (weakness, fatigue etc).
You need to consult a physician right away.An upper endoscopy is necessary to detect a possible lesion in your stomach, duodenum area.
-Complete blood count is necessary to confirm anemia.
-ECG is necessary to exclude any heart condition like arrhythmia.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.I would be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
