Suggest Remedy For Persistent Back Ache

default
Posted on Fri, 13 Mar 2015
Question: Hi, would be delighted for any help. After getting physical therapy for back ache, the therapist was extremely aggressive and injured my lower back and left glutes and it band. Wound up in the emergency with level 10 pain. Was bedridden for almost two years. Have had mri's, xrays, and ultrasound. Now it's eight years later and I am still in bad pain. My hip, it band, glutes are swollen, filled with trigger points and spasms. It has no stability so when I sit it rotates posteriorly so I am sitting on my sitz bone so I have to lay down. It has affected my life so drastically that I am worn down. Nobody has an answer except physical therapy. All they write on the script is evaluate and treat , leaving it up to the pt's discretion so I get more inflamed. Would be eternally grateful for any help. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of persistent muscle strain.
If you have not done matrix therapy then this may help you.
You may repeat MRI with contrast to look for any fibrosis which can be corrected now.
Local injection shot may help you to reduce pain. injection site can be localised CT guided or ultrasonographycally.
you may be benefited by local stem cell therapy.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
