Suggest Remedy For Nasal Blockage
Question: Nasal Blockage. When I am outside of the office my nose is bit clear, but when I get into office (AC) it gets blocked and I have to breathe through my mouth.

In this condition, nasal blockage occur in response to change in temperature, humidity, blasts of air, dust & smoke.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advise you
Avoidance of sudden change in temperature, humidity, blasts of air, dust & smoke.
Use Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine like Nezalast, Duonase
2 puff each nostril before going to work.
Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat.
