Question: Little lump up towards armpit on left side, burning and tender on outside of left breast..wondering if this is sign of breast cancer. very very tender to touch

but it is tender and sore like this all the time :( on the outside of the left breast..how would that be an infection and what do they look for? This breast has been tender for so so long

could it be that if its tender even just to the touch? i mean it feels really sore all down the side of my breast on the outside
