Brief Answer:
there is need to change anxiety medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

As per the available information both anxiety and paxil could be reason for both erection problem as well as perspiration. Having said this it can be tackled in two ways.

Firstly by changing anxiety medication like venlafaxine as it has less chance of erectile dysfunction and equally effective like paxil.

The second option is to use some antidote for sexual side effect of paxil. The commonly employed antidote in this regard are bupropion or mirtazepine.

I must inform you that there are good chance of recovery and there is need to correct it without delay. I request you to see your psychiatrist and discuss the above said options.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
