Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. There are many things that can cause nausea and gastric distress. If you feel so bad that you can not get out of bed on some days then you really need to see a doctor soon. You could try an antacid medication and adding a probiotic daily to see if that would help. With the feeling that you have a lump in the back of your throat, that could be from you thyroid or from something to do with your esophagus. You really need an exam, blood work and maybe some other testing to sort this out.
thank you for using HCM
