Question: Last one week having stomach upset with discomfort, having the urge of releasing the gas, motion with difficulty, yesterday visited a doctor, gave razo d , from yesterday night having loose motion

Brief Answer:
Diarrhoea may be due to presence of domperidone so stop it

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Diarrhoea may be due to presence of domperidone in Razo-d. So I will suggest you to take only Razo that is without 'd".

Also take a course of probiotic and capsule containing simethicone like Cap medigas which I found very useful in my patients with gas issue.

Take enough fluid and elctrol powder to prevent insufficiency of fluid and electrolytes.

If diarrhoea don't improve with in a day or two then take antisecretory agent like loperamide for control of diarrhoea.

avoid dairy products, cabbage and beans as they produce gas in tummy
