Brief Answer:
Is it scarred tissue?

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

I understand the worry and the negative emotions you are feeling towards your penis and as in every man, the male reproductive organ is one of the important things in our body. Every disorder or lesion in that area may brought about shame, guilt and negative feelings towards self and others.

It may help if you could upload pictures of the lesions in the forum so that I can help you better. If I understand you correctly what you are saying is that you have inflicted abrasions in your penis before from over zealous masturbation and when it has healed it developed into dark (hyperpigmented) scars? If it scars that developed months or years ago then there is little we can do about it especially if it has developed into hypertrophic scars (keloids). How the body heals is primarily determined by our genetic composition if we are prone to develop hypertrophic scars or scars that are not very evident.

You may try over the counter creams and ointments, make sure they contain Vitamin E and apply to affected area. This may take months before you can see results. Other modalities such as laser treatment maybe helpful but may also require several sessions. Excision of the scarred tissue can also help but may healed again to another scar tissue.

I hope I have given you the information you are looking for and please write back if you have further questions or clarifications.
