Suggest Remedy For Cuts And Itching On Foreskin Of Penis

Question: Hi,I am 28 male ,had a sex without condom with a girl which lasted for 4 to 5 minutes and I didn't cum...after DA exposure I had a small cuts at the tip of my penis foreskin and little itching around the foreskin.after two days the cuts have been healed and the foreskin at top of penis became hard when touching...and some scars are visible around the penis.I don't have any discomfort ,just a little itching on second and third day..It has been a week now...I don't have any itching or pain but some scars are visible..I was very much tensed after this situation...i am not sexually active...this exposure has been done after a year just once(and I have made the girl tested after one week which is NON REACTIVE of a HIV)...my question is HAVE I got any STD

The chances of HIV transmission by vaginal intercourse is 1/200 to 1/1000 even if partner is HIV positive. As she is negative for HIV. You need not worry of HIV.

It may be fungal infection(As Std) by the descriptions given by you. Check whether your partner had white discharge or fungal infection.

Clean the area with warm water twice daily. Hope there is no problem in retracting foreskin.
It may be abrasions also.

Thank you sir for your feedback.My partner said she didn't have any white discharge problem.she said it was due to abrasions.

I have uploaded the pics.plz check it out and make a final conclusion ASAP

So it may be due to friction causing abrasions.
You can use any moisturizing creams.Use gentle cleanser like cetaphil.
Use lubricants during intercourse next time.

i dont understand why this question is not getting posted

i hav a few questions

Am i STD free?
coz i said before that i dont have any std symptoms other than rashes and it has been 10 days since da exposure

How many days n how many times a say should i use these creams to get rid of that rashes?

can i use any other cleanser if i dont find cetaphil?
