Suggest Remedy For Bruised Breasts

Question: After some rougher then normal sex with my husband last night I woke up this morning to find that my right nipple was sort of bruised. It looks like there is a spot where there are broken vessels under the nipple. He was sucking and biting harder than usual and I know for sure is that spot wasn't there before. Should I be concerned or go have it checked? I am a 36 year old female.Thank you.

Can nipples get bruised from sucking or biting? I'm so worried about rare breast diseases that start with nipple discoloration. How long before It goes away usually? There is no pain.
