Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain In The Urethra

default
Posted on Tue, 31 Jan 2017
Question: A pinching pain inside the tip of urethra (where my wee comes out) I've tried to look inside it, I can see tiny black lines . About 2 or 3.. not sure if they at blood Vessels? Since I had this pinching pain which was about 5 months ago the inside of my urethra hasn't changed. Also when I have tough bowel movement (going for a hard pooh) every so often a jelly like substance will come out. That probably happens once every 6 weeks! Am I just stressing about it which could cause the pinching pain? Is it psychological?

If you could advice me that would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Need some information from you before I can help you sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like yo to know that I am here to help. I would first like to ask whether or not you have any additional symptoms which could be indicative of any underlying condition, only if those are ruled out we should strongly suspect this to be psychological:

+Burning sensation while urinating
+Increased urge to urinate but only small amount of urine being passed
+Occasional fever
+Occasional chills
+Pain in the lower back
+Pain in the flank region
+Do you strain while passing urine or while having a bowel movement?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you accurately sir.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Rule out hernias, urine analysis, and psychological influence

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

There are 2 possibilities from the information I have received from you sir:

1. I would advise an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis to rule out hernias; a certain type can cause tingling or pinching pain in and/or around the tip of the penis

2. Psychological effect.

I thus recommend you to speak with your personal doctor, to help you with your paranoia about your urethra once all other conditions have been ruled out. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
