Brief Answer:
herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). i have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
i would keep possibility of herpes zoster. i can see grouped, discrete, fluid filled bumps on one half of the body, arranged in a stripe like pattern/ linear arrangement. this is classical of herpes zoster.
herpes zoster is caused by reactivation of varicella zoster virus which usually recides in spinal ganglion cells.
I would suggest an oral antiviral e.g Valacyclovir 1gm, 3x daily for a week. You may also take Ibuprofen tablets, 3x daily for symptomatic pain relief.
topically you may use an otc antibacterial ointment e.g mupirocin ointment.
