Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Loss of bowel control and twice episodes of incontinence a day needs alittle work up and examination to find the cause. usually simple infections and irritable bowel syndrome can lead to diarrhea and give bowel incontinence. Other age related causes both metabolic and nerve related needs to be ruled out. you need to visit a gastroenterologist or more specifically proctologist, they will run some labs and assess the cause for this incontinence and management will be tailored accordingly.

Meanwhile, use fibre, drink fluids, avoid caffeine, cola, beer, alcohol, etc. Take some imodium or lomotil or hyoscine and see if it helps.

I hope it helps, take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
