Question: Hi Sir,
I will be getting married next month. I've never experienced a sex with woman. I am getting worried whether I will get erected while having sex with my wife. I also would like to tell I am more inclined to male rather than female. I am bisexual by orientation or more sexually inclined to male counterpart. I easily get aroused when I think of having sex with male. Therefore, I may consider myself as a XXXXXXX or bisexual by orientation. I don't have any problem in erection and masturbation.. I have regular morning erection. With provided information it is clear to me that you have fear of failing in heterosexual relationship due to no experience of same. I must make it clear that we al remain without experience till we explore something. You may call yourself inexperienced but the same is true for everything in our life and which includes sex. I hope this makes it clear that despite having no experience of sex with women you will be able to perform well since a women arouses you.
Having bisexual is not an uncommon thing. Around 50 % of men report fantasy of having sex with same sex partner and a significant proportion indulge in XXXXXXX sex while performing well with opposite sex partner. I mean to say that majority of bisexual do well with opposite sex and there is no problem in being bisexual.
Having faith in yourself is the most efficient strategy and no pill can substantiate this. Pill is required when there is problem with erection but in your case you never experience any failure of erection and that puts big question mark on utility of pills at this stage. Since you have normal erections, successful masturbation's, intention to engage with opposite sex partner there is no point in worrying.

Although My interest is to marry a girl and have our own kids. But, I am not confident enough to have successful sex with my woman partner, since I always have fear of not getting proper erection at the time of sexual intercourse with wife.
I will try my best to have successful sex with my wife. But, still you can recommends me any pills that could be taken as an alternative option if erection won't be happened at the time.
