Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern
You may use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours i.e 8AM, 11AM, 2PM.
At night you may use an alpha hydroxy acid e.g glyco-A cream (12% glycolic acid).
In addition you may also take a few sessions of chemical peeling from a dermatologist e.g glycolic peel or retinol peel.

hello doctor,
URGENT: started using both the creams 3 days back, today my face is covered with rashes and dry patches. I guess it is a reaction from glycoA cream. especially my neck area. red rashes.
What can I do now? I can't sent photos as well but the condition is little critical.

Brief Answer:
Use fluticasone propionate cream for a few days

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes. It could be because of glyco A. It can cause irritation of sensitive skin, specially early on.
Stop glyco - A cream for the time being. Use Flutivate cream(fluticasone propionate 0.05%) for the rashes. That should make it fine in 3-5 days. Thereafter use Glyco - A just once every alternate nights initially till your skin gets used to it.

Regards
