Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Nausea and vomiting can be considered normal phenomena during pregnancy.
These do not harm either the mother or the growing fetus as long as there are no complications.

The most significant complication is dehydration. This can be assessed by looking at the urine output. Decreased urine output indicates dehydration. This can be prevented by taking sips of oral fluids. If she is not able to retain fluids medical attention may be needed. In that case she may need intravenous fluids and medications to control nausea and medications.
She may get benefited with the medications Doxylamine and Vitamin B6.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
