Question: Hello Dr. Solanki

I spent another night with my girlfriend and I faced same problem....hard erection for more than 2 hours but no orgasm.

After that when I masturbate in order to release the pressure I felt like my urethra is burning during ejaculation.

Do you think that I need any medications or see an urologist?

thank you

Brief Answer:
yes consult urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for asking again about your problem.

You need some evaluation.

You should undergo urine routine micro examination and check up by urologist.

If any problem found out then only medications can be given.

On the other side I also want to convey that if you still are able to masturbate normally, no need to worry.

Revert back to me what urologist says.

Take care man.
