Suggest Remedies For Acute Stomach Pain

Question: hi sir, I am having acute stomach pain suddenly . It started 2-3 hours back. motion was also there but motion is somewhat controlled by tablet norflox tz. I think this started after I had lunch outside today. Could you please help me with quick relief for stomach pain. I took pudin XXXXXXX and lemon water but it is not working . I stay alone not able to go out for now so can you suggest some quick remedy

Dear Sir

Going by description of your symptoms its most likely to be Acute Gastroenteritis . The pain is likely to be colicky pain.
I would suggest you the following

1. Sodium Bicarbonate based antacid like Eno will be helpful or Antacid like Gelusil MPS will be helpful

2. Antispasmodic like Hyoscine butyl bromide available as over the counter medication will be helpful in reducing the pain in abdomen

3. If you have Paracetamol at home that will be helpful in reducing pain.

4. Discontinue further use of XXXXXXX TZ which is antibiotic

5. Avoid carbonated beverage/ spicy food
