Suggest Natural Ways To Cure Migraine Headache

Question: Hi,
I have visited a doctor for periodic headache, the doctor told me i am suffering from migrane. He also prescribed some medicine, I don't want to go for medicine treatment. How are the other ways i can cure my headache, as sometime it gets worst for me.
And i don;t how it re occurs after few days or weeks.
