Question: I recovered from a bout of piles last week . Since then I have been experiencing mild discomfort in me penis . There is no pain as such during urination . Can you recommend some ointment and medication for relief ?

No fever . No blood . Urine colour is normal pale yellow . Frquency is also normal . No pain or burning during urination . Just a general discomfort .
